Turning Experience into Impact: The Story Behind Our School

When I embarked on my MBA journey, it became clear early on that the program was not entirely aligned with my professional aspirations. While I have a deep respect for academic learning, I often found myself enrolled in courses that felt disconnected from the practical skills I sought. In certain areas—particularly those related to my field of expertise—I occasionally felt more knowledgeable than the instruction I received.

To be clear, I am a firm believer in lifelong learning. My MBA experience did provide valuable insights, particularly in strategic thinking and long-term business planning. However, as someone with a strong inclination toward entrepreneurship, I ultimately questioned the return on investment. From that perspective, the experience did not fully meet my expectations.

I completed the program—thanks in large part to the financial support of the company I was employed with—but I made the conscious decision not to pursue a doctorate. Instead, I turned to specialized short courses that offered more direct, practical applications relevant to the fast-evolving business environment.

This path ultimately led to the founding of our school—a venture I conceptualized together with my partner in both life and business. Our mission is to equip micro, small, and medium-sized enterprise founders with relevant, up-to-date skills, recognizing the pace at which industries and markets are evolving.
