At the heart of our school is a personal journey—a journey that began with an MBA program and evolved into something far more aligned with real-world entrepreneurship.
When I started my MBA, I quickly realized that while academic learning has its place, much of the curriculum didn’t match the practical skills I was seeking. Some courses felt disconnected from the challenges entrepreneurs actually face, and in certain areas of my expertise, I even found myself more advanced than the lessons being taught.
That’s not to say the experience was without value. I gained insights into strategic thinking and long-term planning—tools that continue to serve me well. But as someone drawn to entrepreneurship, I began to question whether the traditional academic path truly delivered the return on investment I was hoping for.
With support from my employer, I completed the MBA. But I chose not to continue on to a doctorate. Instead, I pursued short, targeted courses that focused on real-world applications—skills that could be implemented immediately and flex with the fast pace of today’s business landscape.
That practical, hands-on approach to learning became the foundation for our school.
Founded alongside my partner in both life and business, our mission is simple but powerful: to empower founders of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises with skills that are current, actionable, and designed for today’s economy. We believe that education should evolve as quickly as the industries we serve, and we’re here to help entrepreneurs grow with confidence, clarity, and community.
